One of the problems which occur within the Construction and civil engineering industry, is the need to test construction materials on site, Tinius Olsen's mobile laboratory concept was conceived keeping in mind the rigorous requirements of QC\QA Managers and materials testing technicians engaged in the business of Commercial laboratories, Cement plants, Ready-Mix plants, Pre- Cast Factories and Contractors construction sites with a requirement for a flexible portable testing facility based on project locations.
Key features; Custom designed in 20 ft or 40 ft containers. Thermal insulation for all 4 sides and roof. Internal walls and roof covered with laminated pylon wooden frame with split air conditioning system. Working space equipped with lab work table, wooden shelving, steel sinks with drain points. Standard door frame with aluminium door and fire exit. Concealed electrical wiring, sockets single and three phase power. Optional facility to provide generator based on load requirements.
 Quick and easy to install, the laboratories are configured with Tinius Olsen equipment. If required, we can also accommodate equipment supplied by the End User on site.
